This event will start at 5:45pm with a glass of Champagne and hors d’oeuvres at Salt lounge where all of the guests will have a chance to meet Jay and chat with him about the winery, sense of place and how these lovely wines are made.
At 6:30pm guests will be invited to take their seats and enjoy 4-course menu prepared by Salt Chef de Cuisine Ricky Laughlin, paired with the rich flavors and aromas of Franciscan wines.
Jay Turnipseed's love of wine started with a 1953 bottle of Chateau Margaux and the bug carried him away. Jay started with Franciscan in 2004 and thrives making a quality Bordeaux blend that everyone will enjoy.
