The following policies and procedures are in place at our Florida inn to help us meet that goal. Reservation Requirements
To confirm your Amelia Island vacation reservations, an amount equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, is due within 7 days. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks.

Cancellation
Should your plans change, be sure to call within the following
guidelines to insure a full refund of your deposit.

• 1 night: 48 hours
• 6 nights or less: 7 days
• 7 nights or more: 30 days
• Special Events or Holidays: 30 days
