At the Elizabeth Pointe Lodge, an Amelia island boutique hotel, it is our goal to make sure your stay is memorable and relaxing. The following policies and procedures are in place at our Florida Inn to help us meet that goal. We are delighted to have you consider us as a destination for your special seaside getaway an array of amenities all designed to make your vacation as perfect as possible.

Reservation Requirements
To secure your reservation, a deposit equaling one night's stay is required at the time of booking. We do accept all major credit cards which include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 


Should your plans change, please provide us notice of cancellation within the guidelines below, so that we may refund your deposit.

Stay of 1-6 Nights = 10 days notice prior to date of check in
Stay of 7 Nights or More =30 days notice prior to date of check in
Holidays/Special Events= Non-Refundable

If you cancel within the cancellation period you will be responsible for the entire cost of your stay

Cancellation Fee: $35 Non-Negotiable

To change or cancel a reservation and obtain a cancellation number, please call us at 1-800-772-3359.

* All reservations cancelled within the allotted time period specified above, will be responsible for the entire cost of stay.


Please note, we are a Non-Smoking facility. The Elizabeth Pointe Lodge is best suited for children 10years and older, therefore, does not accept children under the age of 10. * Each of our 25 well-appointed guestrooms are for double occupancy only/ max Occupancy two (2). The Elizabeth Pointe Lodge does not allow pets.
